Last updated: September 30, 2026

By using Tank Math Lab you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Tank Math Lab.

Use of content

You may read, print and share links to Tank Math Lab pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Republishing whole guides, or copying calculator code or data tables into another product, requires written permission.

Calculators and information

Calculators produce estimates from the inputs you provide and the documented assumptions on each tool page. Guides provide general hobby information. Neither is professional veterinary, engineering or electrical advice. You are responsible for decisions about your aquarium and animals; see the disclaimer.

We link to third-party sites for sources and further reading. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
